Return Policy

We do not offer free returns. All costs related to returns are the customer's responsibility.

Return Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Hygiene-related items have not been opened or used.
  • The product is not part of a clearance, promotional, or discounted sale.
  • The item is not marked as a final sale.
  • You contact us by email before proceeding with the return.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Never send your order back to the sender's address shown on the package.

Procedure for Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@masonamelaine.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A clear photo if the item is damaged
  • Your delivery address

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear or deterioration, or if it is returned outside the conditions mentioned above.

All returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, our system processes it immediately. This means that:

  • The order is quickly packed and prepared for shipment, even if tracking has not yet been updated.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The return has been approved according to the conditions indicated above.
  • The returned product has been received in acceptable condition.

Shipping costs, return costs, and items returned without prior agreement are not refundable.

Transit Times and Shipping Location

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Due to this international transit, delays beyond our control may occur.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • If a product is already in transit, you must wait for its delivery before initiating a return request.

Refund Process (if eligible)

If your return is approved and the product meets our conditions:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Promotional or sale items are not refundable; they can only be exchanged for another item of equal value, subject to approval.

Return Address

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse, at the customer's expense. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and communicating the tracking number to our team.
