Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days. (Orders placed on weekdays are generally processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may require a bit more time.)
  • Delivery time after shipping: on average 7 to 14 business days. (These times may vary slightly depending on local postal services.)

Cancellations

Our orders are processed automatically and immediately enter the shipping queue after payment validation.

  • Even if tracking is not yet available, your package is already in transit through our logistics chain.
  • Once payment is confirmed, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.
  • In this case, we invite you to wait for delivery, then follow the return procedure if necessary.

Placing an Order

  4. Choose your preferred payment method.

Delivery is 100% free, with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Notes

In order to offer fair prices and reduce our environmental impact, we batch orders together as soon as we reach our minimum shipping quantity. This may result in a slight additional delay before your package leaves our warehouse in France.
